Rick works with our clients from the conceptual stages of a project, to the completion and realization of the project’s results. He leads our team of instructional designers, programmers, database specialists and graphic artists to deliver organizational solutions that help to plan, implement, manage, and evaluate results-oriented elearning programs for our clients.
Rick is one of Canada’s top experts on eLearning practice. He has 30 years experience in the field of adult and continuing education (20 of these in eLearning), helping plan and deliver a wide-range of education and training programs that have reached thousands of satisfied learners. Previously, Rick was the manager of Distance Education and DE Learning Technologies at the University of Guelph. He was a key part of the management team that drove the University to be among the leaders in distance education in Canada. Guelph’s online courses and programs have been recognized with awards for excellence nationally, and internationally.
