As a Capstone participant, you will be assigned a Learner Coach and placed into an online learning environment. After an initial reflection period (capsulated in a Reflective Report) the Learner Coach and you will agree on an appropriate project that combines a need for conceptual understanding with application to a specific circumstance.
As with any workplace project, the Learner Coach and the Capstone Participant will agree on a specific timetable and deliverables. For instance, there may be a need for an initial literature review followed by a brief paper that summarizes the literature and the implications for the project.
