As a learning professional, you're always busy. You have eLearning projects to manage, deadlines and expectations to meet, and tight budgets. Sometimes it feels like the odds are against you. You work hard to ensure that your organization gets proper training.
But two questions arise:
- How do you get help to deal with your day-to-day challenges?
- What about your professional development?
Many conferences and workshop address one of these needs but not the other. And some address neither! Research techniques like web searches are inherently inefficient and often lead to vendors that want to box your challenges into their solution.
We have designed the eLearn Campus Peer Network to make your job easier by providing answers to your day-to-day challenges. But we also develop your professional capability to deal with tomorrow's challenges.

"We have been doing eLearning for many years, so we understand the practical challenges. I want the members of the Peer Network to leverage our expertise and experience. I will be continually engaged with members in all aspects of the Network. I really want this to be something that helps people with their practical issues, not some pie-in-the-sky talking shop!"
|
"We speak to a lot of people about their eLearning challenges. From a developmental point of view, I think the number one challenge is that people lack a strategic perspective as to why they even want to do eLearning. They usually get involved in all types of technical details without even knowing why they are doing it. My contribution to the network will be to bring a disciplined strategic focus to all our discussions"

Why be Part of the eLearn Campus Peer Network?
If you've been to our webinars, you'll know that we pack a lot into 45-minutes and attendees tell us that they get some good ideas. However, there is not enough time for us to dig deeper into the many issues our audience face. We can only show a few examples of good eLearning and practical "how-to's". The agenda is driven by what we think people need to know, not what they have told us they want to know.
However, in the eLearn Campus Peer Network, you, the members, drive the agenda. So that means an on-going series of live online and in-person events that are always relevant to you. You can rely on Rick and Michael to provide support and coaching with any challenges that arise during the course of your annual membership. You will also leverage the knowledge, experience, and insight from your peers.
The Peer Network is a "No Vendor Zone", so you won't be vulnerable to sales pitches. Unlike other organizations, we don't sell our membership list to vendors or have advertisers. Our focus is on our members needs, not selling our members to people who might not care about their needs.
